Caerphilly 45, HTX445, was a Guy Arab III (6LW) with a Willowbrook L27/26R body new in December 1948, and was the last of four delivered that year.

Caerphilly U.D.C. 48, JTG489, heads a row of vehicles at Caerphilly. It was a 1949 Guy Arab III with Strachan L27/28R bodywork rebuilt by the council and was withdrawn in 1966.

Seen at a rally in Weymouth, in the livery of Jones, Aberbeeg, LTX311 was a Leyland PS2/5 with a Massey B35F body which had been new to Caerphilly in June 1952, with fleet number 1.

Caerphilly UTX9, a Leyland PSU1/13 Royal Tiger with a Massey B44F body, was new in 1956.

Blue Line, Upminster YNY922 was a Leyland PD2/40 with a Massey L29/28R body which had been new as Caerphilly U.D.C. 22 in 1958. It passed to Gelligaer U.D.C. in January 1971 and was numbered 21. After withdrawal in 1972 it passed to Blue Line, Upminster in August 1972. It was seen in Station Road, Chingford on its way to the Cub & Scout Jamboree at Gilwell Park, Epping Forest.

This is the upper saloon of Rhymney Valley District Council 31, 31SNY which had come into that fleet from Caerphilly Urban District Council, with whom it was also 31. It was a Leyland Titan PD3/4 with Massey L35/33RD bodywork. The lowbridge seating is formed of two two-seat assemblies side-by-side but slightly staggered.
