Barton 750, RTA228, an A.E.C.MU3RV Reliance with a Strachans Everest C41C body had been new in June 1954 to S.J. Wakley (Rambler Coaches), Axminster, and was acquired in June 1955.
It was rebuilt to C43F in October 1961, and was withdrawn in December 1971, passing to Nicholson (dealer), Beeston, in February 1972, and was scrapped the following month.
