Barton, Chilwell 667, NVO268, seen at Barton's Chilwell Garage, was new in April 1953 and was a Barton BTS/1 with a Barton FDP43F body.
It was withdrawn in October 1965, then used as a mobile booking office before passing to J.W. Lowndes (dealer) Spondon for scrap in February 1968. When reconstructed by Barton the front end of the chassis was from Oldham 111 (BU8866), a Leyland TD4 and the rear end of the chassis was from Bolton 37 (WH7813) a Leyland TD4c.
