All other views of Bolton 66 on SCT61 date from the 1980s so here is a reminder that it is still giving good service in its adopted home of Blackpool some forty years later. It makes a remarkable contrast with Bombardier-built 008, dating from 2012.
It is about to operate a 1-hour Promenade Tour from the Heritage Tram Stop and siding at North Pier. All rides have to be pre-booked with limited seating availability to maintain social distancing. This is obviously uneconomical for the operators Heritage Trams so they are appealing for donations.
