Aldershot & District 553, MOR601, was another of the 15 AEC Reliance MU3RV rebodied with Metro-Cammell B40F bodies which transferred to Thames Valley and Aldershot Omnibus Company (Alder Valley) on its formation on 1 January 1972.
Fuller details are given in the caption under Aldershot & District 557 (MOR604).
553 became Alder Valley 359 and was sold to D Rollinson (dealer), Carlton for scrap, in September 1976.
