British Airways KGJ609D, one of a batch of 65 AEC Routemasters with front entrance bodywork bought by British European Airways in 1966 for use on passenger transfer from central London to Heathrow.
Seen here after BOAC and BEA were merged into British Airways in 1973 in the new livery of dark blue lower panels and a large expanse of white. It was bought by LT in 1979 but was never used and sold for scrap in 1981.
