Comments under a recent image of SPU985 a 1951 Leyland Olympic with a Weymann DP40F body new to Springett (t/a Jennings), Ashen mentioned it had been seen at Carnforth Steamtown.
This picture was taken in 20 July 1986 when SPU985 was parked with other buses possibly associated with the Ribble Vehicle Preservation Group, plus some commercial vehicles and a fire engine in the yard at Steamtown.
