Southend 226, BHJ775, a Daimler CWA6 with Brush L27/28R utility body new in March 1945 and the last unrebodied survivor in the fleet of 19 Daimlers received in the last two years of the war.
226 is recorded as being withdrawn in 1960 but it looks well on the way in this photo taken the previous year. By contrast 239 is recorded as being withdrawn in 1959 but looks in much better shape in this photo taken the same day.
