GXE587, a Daimler CWA6 which entered service in September 1944 from Merton Garage as London Transport D10 fitted with a Duple H30/26R body, was acquired by Transport Motor Services, Bishop Auckland in 1953 and is seen in Bishop Auckland Market Place on the service to Middlesbrough.
