Coventry 403, XRW403, was a Daimler G6HS Freeline with a Willowbrook C41F body new in 1959. It was one of three, 401-403, which were painted in the coach livery of sky blue and cream between 1965/6 and December 1967 when they reverted to standard fleet colours of ivory and red.
It was seen at the garage on an Omnibus Touring Circle visit.
The P.S.V. Circle Fleet History, PD12, records that the seating was reduced to C39F by removal of the front nearside seat, that the entrance was widened, luggage accommodation provided, and a destination box fitted, 403 being dealt with in January 1967.
