Seen at the Wigan Athletic F.C. ground at Springfield Park, Wigan is Bostock, Congleton 1, PMA596L, a Bedford VAS5 with a Plaxton Panorama IV C29F body which is about to commence the road section of the National Coach Rally which will take it to Blackpool for the driving tests and the Concours d'Elegance.
