United AS 545, 246MNN, a Bristol Lodekka FLF6B built in 1963 with ECW H38/32F bodywork.
This ex-Mansfield & District bus stands on the site of the Middlesbrough bus station and was one of numerous acquisitions United made around this time (though you had to look hard to see who owned it).
