Richmond, Epsom 4230PE, a Bedford VAL14 with a Duple Midland B54F body, new in November 1963, was seen at West Essex Golf Club, Bury Road, Chingford, whilst on the way to Gilwell Park on the occasion of the Cub/Scout weekend Jamboree.
The car at the rear is Ford Zephyr Zodiac XPE169, in Dorchester Grey and Canterbury Green, with 94,703 miles to its credit at that time.
