County Borough of Hastings Education Department VDY88 - an Austin school bus.
Presumbably it was based on the FF goods model, but I have no information as to the bodybuilder. This style of vehicle was much more commonly based on the Bedford SB chassis, and the Austin/Morris/BMC equivalent must have been quite a rarity - I don't recall ever seeing another. So, over to the experts!
