This Austin/Mann Egerton MAF544 was pictured slowly disappearing in the undergrowth at Winkleigh on the occasion of their October 1982 open day.
On my previous visit in 1978 I did not seem to find it to photograph, but it is visible on a 1974 picture of Devon General MTT648. I know absolutely nothing about this vehicle but the name in the destination box looks to end in "uard" or just possibly something - Seward
