ADN7730, an Austin CXD with a Mulliner B34F body was acquired from local operator Ahim Kassin in May 1960 by the newly formed Aden Bus Company Ltd.

Aden Bus Co. Ltd., Malalla, Aden, formed on 30th May 1960, absorbed forty-four operators (most of whom operated one bus with two having two buses and one having three), together with part of another operator (Salem Ali Abdo) from whom they acquired five vehicles. They operated five routes from Steamer Point, one from Crater, and also three services for Forces personnel. Few of the acquired buses were used and they were replaced by a number of buses/coaches from England, together with some new Austins with Marshall B49D bodies (3+2 seating).
