270MHO, Provincial 59, with an AEC Regent II chassis built in 1946 and subsequently re-bodied by Reading of Portsmouth in 1964. BBF1 notes it as "Ex Hawkins" in 1962 and "14" in the Provincial fleet.

Scrapyard/dealer line-up with in the centre Ribble Motors Leyland Titan Highbridge Double Deck, I think 2657, CCK829, built 1948. Oh how I wish I had taken more pictures at this place; there must have been at least fifty buses. The single decker my partner in crime is leaning on is HD5802 and the white double decker is BAG129. The more interesting one looks like the single decker with the white roof, no doubt the connoisseurs out there will know were its from etc.

Hull 252, HAT252, was an A.E.C. O661 Regent with a Weymann H31/29R body new in October 1946, and was seen outside Paragon Station in Hull.

Grimsby Cleethorpes Transport 47, HGC225, a Weymann H30/26R bodied AEC Regent dating from 1946 acquired from London Transport (STL2692) in 1955.

Eastbourne Corporation 19, JK9117, the solitary Weymann H30/26R bodied AEC 'Regent' II delivered in 1946 seen at the Churchdale Road garage yard in April 1966. This was withdrawn and sold for scrap in May 1967 having served as the driver trainer for several years prior to withdrawal.

City of Oxford AEC Regent II H843, LWL304, on Cornmarket Street, Oxford. It carried a Park Royal H30/26R body, new in October 1946.

Worth, Enstone acquired LWL313 from City of Oxford in May 1958 and ran it until August 1960. It was an A.E.C. O661 Regent II, one of twenty-one new to Oxford in 1946 with Park Royal H30/26R bodies and is seen on Worth's stand at Gloucester Green, Oxford.

New to City of Oxford in 1946, LWL317 was one of twenty-one AEC 0661 Regents with Park Royal H30/26R bodies and had fleet number H322 being renumbered to H856 in October 1952. After withdrawal it passed in April 1958 to Say, Gloucester with whom it is seen here before passing to Marchant, Cheltenham in March 1959. It was sold for scrap in June 1964.

New as Reading 59 in 1947, CRD253 had been acquired by McLennan, Spittalfield in 1963 and is seen at the garage. It was a Park Royal L24/26R bodied AEC Regent II to which platform doors were fitted by McLennan before entry into service.

Gosport & Fareham (Provincial), Hoeford 14, 270MHO, had a Reading FH30/26R body on its A.E.C. Regent II chassis, which is stated to have come from ACN172, and was new in 1964.
