A rear view of PDD472 seen here with Foster, Glastonbury. It was a Daimler D650HS Freeline with a Duple Elizabethan C41C body.
The chassis (25074) had been exhibited at the 1952 Commercial Motor Show, bearing Harrington Courier body 1140 in the livery of Shearings, Manchester. After the show the Harrington body was transferred to a Leyland Royal Tiger chassis and became NVM 136 with Shearings, whilst the chassis was fitted with Duple body 200/1 and acted as an unregistered demonstrator before being sold to Pulham, Bourton-on-the-Water and registered PDD472.
