Brown (Brownes' Luxury), Smallfield 6, ADY576B, was a Bedford J2SZ10 with a Duple Midland B21F body seen here on Madeira Drive at Brighton during the 1965 British Coach Rally driving tests.
Perhaps the Mayor's driver fancied taking part in the driving tests !!!!!!
