The late Chris Youhill stands proudly alongside 9585WU, a Bedford SB1/Duple Super Vega C37F of 1960.
It is seen here on hire to Wallace Arnold from its then owner Hinchcliffe & Bailey of Penistone. Chris was about to take it on contract hire from Pudsey to Bradford, then private hire from Pudsey to Calverley and Rodley.
On Chris' flickr site, he described it as a coach in top notch condtion, an absolute pleasure to drive, and gave the passengers a very satisfactory and enjoyable ride.
