Ebdon, Sidcup AFN496B was one of twelve A.E.C. 2MU4RA Reliances new to East Kent in May/June 1964 with Duple Commander C34F bodies. This one was numbered 8496 in May 1977 when fleet numbers were allocated. Sold to Ensign (dealer), Grays in May 1978 it passed to Ebdon in the same month. It was seen in Butterwick at Hammersmith whilst working a rail replacement service for London Transport.
