North Western 259, KJA259F, a Leyland Leopard PSU4/4R / Duple Northern C41F of 1968.
Seen at Battersea Wharf in National garb, I guess these were for touring given the lack of seats.
I recall that the NW fleetnames applied to the once illuminated glass panel were constantly chipped and peeling and very shabby. Also, the 'NATIONAL' fleetname was on a plate attached to the bodywork , in this case covering the trim, very naff.
I'd love to see a picture of one of these decked out in NWRCC livery.
