Reliance of York (Sheriff's) EVY710, was a Daimler CVD6 with a coach-like Barnaby B35F body of 1950, and remained in service until 1966.
The photographer's father begrudgingly allow him to take this "wasteful" photo which used up valuable colour film. Sadly, he wasn't allowed time to get a better angle on the bus!
