Huddersfield JOC 192, PVH992 was an AEC Regent V 2D2RA built in 1960 with an East Lancs H37/28R body.
192 is seen here in Upperhead Row Bus Station about to work a service 1, Golcar via Scar Lane. This was one of the many Colne Valley services that was jointly operated with Hanson's although that company never showed route numbers.
192 and its sister 193 proved to be the last back loaders for Huddersfield.
An interesting feature of these two East Lancs bodies, along with two identical bodies on Guy Arab IV's 190/191 PVH990/1 was the hopper style ventilators rather than the more normal sliders specified on most of Huddersfield's buses.
I think David took this photo in the last days of the JOC.
