Green Bus Co Ltd, Rugeley 35, CCP608, was one of six AEC Regent III 9613E with Park Royal H30/26R bodywork which had been new to Halifax Corporation between December 1951 and January 1952.
It had been new with fleet no 356 but was renumbered 76 in 1952. All six passed to Green Bus, 76 in July 1966.
Three of them (clearly not including 76) were fitted with platform doors on acquisition. In April 1970, the same month as the photograph was taken, it passed to Jackson (dealer), Bradford, for scrap.
