Skipton depot of West Yorkshire dated from 1934 and was situated off Newmarket Street.
This view is taken from the entrance to the depot, with, from the left, a stored Bristol L5G/ECW B32F SG type from the DWW batch, possibly SG69 (DWW583); Bristol LL5G/ECW B39R SGL13 (JWU883); Bristol LL5G/ECW B39R SGL11 (JWU 881); a Bristol LWL6B/ECW B39R, either SBW13/4 (JYG725/6); an unidentified Bristol L6B/ECW FC31F from the CB1-6 (JWU 889-94) batch; lurking in the corner is KSG59 (CWY998), a Bristol L5G/ECW B32F which was the only West Yorkshire "pre-war" L5G to receive a roller blind display in place of its Bible. Finally, on the right is SGL12 (JWU882), another Bristol LL5G/ECW B39R body. Between KSG59 and SGL12 are the doors leading out into the rear yard.
