Another of the Portsmouth open top conversions of the 1956 Metro Cammell bodied PD2/12s was no 3 LRV995 seen here at Clarence Pier. It was new as 103 in 4/56 and was the first of the batch to be rebuilt to open top 10/70 and was renumbered to 3 in 4/71.
It served with Priory Coaches (C.Cowdrey) Gosport from 5/80 until it was sold for use as a wine bar in 11/83. It went to a preservationist in 8/89 who dismantled it for spares used in the restoration of similar no 1 LRV991
