Portsmouth 11, EBK23, a Crossley DD42/5T Reading H52R photographed outside the bodybuilders works ready for delivery to the Corporation in September 1948.
It retained its Salerni turbo-transmitter throughout its service life until it was withdrawn in 1963, making the one-way journey to Barnsley the following January.
