London Transport Scooters LT1129 and LT1131 were both badly damaged by enemy action. LT1129 received a spare body, and LT1131, GP3407, (as seen here) was rebodied by Twiddy and Son, Norwich incorporating some salvaged bits from the wrecked body of LT1129.
It differed from the rest of the Scooters in having a flatter roof, a squared off cab and a raised front destination box, returning to service in March 1945. It was finally withdrawn 10/52, 21 years after it first entered service in 6/31. Information (as usual) from the Ian's Bus Stop website.
