Stockport stuck doggedly to the Leyland Titan for new deliveries until the end of its separate existence in 1969 although the last deliveries were 30 foot long PD3s some of which had front entances. Seen working the free shuttle between the Museum of Transport and the city centre in Manchester is former Stockport 71, KJA871F, a 1968 Leyland Titan PD3/14 with East Lancs body.
It is wearing GMT orange and white, a livery it wore for most of its working life. Also visible is Ribble 1036, PCK612, a 1961 Leyland Leopard L2T with Harrington Cavalier coachwork.
