There were scheduled to be two "surprise vehicles" at the Ensignbus vintage running day. One turned out to be RM1843, 843DYE, which I understand has been repatriated from the USA (it still carries an American registration plate on the back). It has just been restored and this was probably its first public appearance. Here, watched by a photographer, it turns out of Upminster Station Approach on its way to Gravesend on the X55.
