North Western had a long history of operating Bristol chassis. It was appropriate therefore that the last vehicles delivered to the company before it was split between GMT Trent and Crosville were a batch of Bristol RELL6L (Leyland engine) with ECW bodywork delivered in 1971, such as 382, SJA382K seen here.
