Horsfield 191 descends Lower Briggate on its way to Dewsbury Road. It was one of 100 built by Brush, entering service on 3rd July 1931 and remained in service until the final day of Leeds trams, 7th November 1959.
The Brush body seated 37/23 on a Peckham P35 truck. The Horsfields had five different braking systems:- hand operated wheel, air operated wheel, hand operated track, air operated track and magnetically operated track brakes. It was broken up in Swinegate depot on 6th January 1960 by J.W. Hinchliffe Ltd (scrap merchants), Leeds.
