Doncaster 172, 172GDT, was a Daimler CVG6, new in August 1962 with a Roe H34/28R body which had been new in 1958 on trolleybus 370 and which was converted to half-cab on transfer.
It had a 7' 6" wide chassis to suit the transferred body.
