Tour of Greater Manchester by bus

Stockport 343, PJA913 was the first of ten Longwell Green H32/28R bodied Leyland PD2/30s delivered in 1960 and fitted, unusually - although not so for Stockport, with wind down window ventilators to the saloon windows.
The Longwell Green bodies are reported to have been built on Burlingham frames and 343 is seen here at its stand on the opposite side of Wellington Road South to the Mersey Square bus station.
