Eastern National 217, OEV411, was a Seddon Mark 4 with Plaxton B31F body new as City Coach Company, Brentwood S4 in August 1949.
It passed to Westcliff-on-Sea Motor Services as number 217 in February 1952 and to Eastern National in January 1955.
