Gardiner Bros, Spennymoor FUP42H, was one of a pair of Bristol LHL6L with Plaxton Panorama Elite C53F bodywork new in August 1969.
It is seen here at Huntingdon Street Bus Station, Nottingham, on hire to Hall Bros, South Shields, and operating on a Hall Bros Tyneside - Midlands express service.

Hall Bros (and the associated Taylor, North Shields fleet) had been acquired by Barton Transport in 1967, but operated separately until January 1971, when the remaining ex-Hall Bros vehicles were absorbed into the main fleet.
