Potteries Motor Traction Co Ltd C8764, 764CVT, was one of five AEC Reliance MU3RV with Willowbrook C41F bodywork, which were new in March 1958.
It was renumbered 764 in May 1971, its seating altered to 39, fitted with jack-knife doors, fitted out for OMO and repainted into bus livery in June 1971. It became a training vehicle in March 1974, passed to Martin (dealer), Weaverham, in November 1974, and then to Elim Pentecostal Church, Crewe by August 1975, withdrawn by 1978.
