Douglas Bay Horse Tramway 18 was built by the Metropolitan Carriage and Wagon Works in 1883 for the (failed) Ramsgate and Margate Tramway.
It operated on the South Shields Tramways before being bought by Douglas in 1887. In 1903 it was rebuilt as a single-decker then, in 1988, it was rebuilt back to double-deck condition, sponsored by local brewery Okells.
It is seen during Transport Festival Week, taking part in a horse tram cavalcade to celebrate the tramway's 150th Anniversary (actually 7 August). Now sporting a Bushy's brewery-sponsored livery, it is being hauled in fine style by "Bobby".
