Reading purchased twelve Crossleys in 1950, and 91, ERD160, a Crossley DD42/8 with a Crossley L26/26RD, was the eighth of the batch and was new in December 1950.
After withdrawal in 1968, it passed to Fisher & Ford (dealer), Barnsley in October.
