Seen in Winchester was Wilts & Dorset 555, KWV935, a Bristol LWL5G with E.C.W. B39R bodywork new in 1954.
In January 1960 it was, along with the rest of the batch (553-567) rebuilt to FB39F layout by the company and fitted with a fibreglass radiator surround panel as seen here in Winchester. They were also fitted with wheel-nut rings similar to those fitted to pre-war Leylands.
