In 1947 Cumberland received nineteen Leyland PS1s with bodies by Massey (5), A.C.B. (4) and Burlingham (10) and 89, GAO506, new in October, the first of the A.C.B. ones with B32R bodies is seen here.
A fifth A.C.B. bodied one (180, GAO510) was diverted to Moffatt, Cleator Moor from the coachbuilders and as a replacement an A.C.B. C33F bodied Leyland PS1, ordered by Moffatt, was delivered to Cumberland in 1948 (180, HRM79).
