Eastern National's unique LDL6G prototype flat-floor air-suspension 70-seater, 236LNO, new in 1959, numbered 1541 when delivered, it became 2510 in the 1964 renumbering and was withdrawn in 1977.
After a long period in store, it is has now been restored at Castle Point Transport Museum on Canvey.
It is seen here at Brentwood depot, where 1541/2510 was allocated until 1973. Alongside is MXB744, an LL6G new to Tillings - click here for another shot taken in December 1964.
