Early days at Crich are recalled in this scene. The two trams are the recently restored Leeds 345 of 1921 on the right and Hull 132 of 1910 which ran in Leeds in the 1940s as Leeds 446.
When the Hull trams ran in Leeds they were nicknamed kipper boxes due to their woden construction. The Hull car is a static exhibit at the Hull Streetlife Museum in Hull's pre-war red livery.
