One of the unrebuilt City Coach LT class with contractor Lehane, Mackenzie and Shand after sale by Westcliff. It is former LT30, DUC906, a Leyland TS7 new in 1937, at Chapel St. Leonards, just north of Skegness, in Summer 1954.
It was probably there in connection with work on sea defences following the east coast floods of the previous year.
