West Monmouthshire Omnibus Board 28, KWO134D, was a Leyland PD2/40 with Massey L27/28RD bodywork new in December 1966.
It was the final double decker they purchased new. On 1 April 1974, as a result of local government reorganisation, it transferred to the new Islwyn Borough Transport. After withdrawal, it passed initially to an unidentified local dealer by October 1981 and then to D Rollinson (Bus Centre) Ltd (dealer), Carlton, by October 1982.
