Former Eastern National 3059, TM8731, a Leyland PLSC3 Lion, entered service in 1931 with a Strachans 28 seat body although the chassis dated from early 1929.
It was withdrawn in 1950 and sold to a unidentified shoman, seen here with a fair in Maldon.
