Barton Transport, Chilwell 998, 998XNN, was one of a trio of Bedford SB5 with Duple (Northern) Firefly C41F bodies which had been new in June 1964.
Withdrawn by Barton in December 1972, it passed to Tyne Valley Coaches, Acomb, in May 1973, withdrawn July 1975, then Holt's Coaches, Newport in October 1976 and Abbey Coachways, Selby, in May 1977 until withdrawal in May 1978.
