Seen here in Mount Street, Nottingham, is Barton 805, 76MME, an A.E.C. B3RA Bridgemaster, which had been new in November 1957 with a Crossley H41/31R body, painted in Barton livery, as a demonstrator for A.C.V., Sales, Southall.
It passed to Barton, Chilwell in December 1958 and was fitted with platform doors in February 1959 to become H41/31RD. After withdrawal in March 1973, it passed to Lister (dealer), Bolton the same month, and then to Harry's Coaches, Cheltenham in November 1973. After subsequent withdrawal by Harry's in February 1976 it was stored until December and then passed to an unidentified dealer in Doncaster in January 1977.
