MYA590 is a Leyland Comet CPP1 with a Harrington "dorsal fin" C29F body dating from 1950.
It entered service with Hawkins (Scarlet Pimpernel) of Minehead and was unusual in having a petrol engine. In 1966 it went to Newtons of Chulmleigh where it was converted to diesel before being bought by Kingdom's of Tiverton in April 1968 and is now preserved at the Cobham Bus Museum. Thanks to John Kaye for this information.
